Membership Classifications & Enrollment Criteria

The Association offers two distinct categories of membership. Please review the eligibility requirements and fee structures outlined below to determine the appropriate registration path.

1. Lifetime Membership

Designed for established medical professionals seeking permanent affiliation with the Association.

Eligibility: Open to registered medical practitioners. Applicants must hold a valid registration with any State Medical Council (SMC), the Medical Council of India (MCI), or the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Validity: Permanent (Lifetime).
Enrollment Fee: A one-time induction fee of ₹2,500.
Maintenance: Members are subject to annual Maintenance Charges (AMC). The AMC rate is reviewed periodically and is subject to change based on Association directives.

2. Adhoc Membership

A provisional membership tier structured for students and medical graduates in transition.

Eligibility

This category is specifically reserved for:

Foreign Medical Students & FMG Candidates (Current/Passed).
Interns (Domestic and International).
Clerkship Candidates.

Validity

Valid for the duration of one Financial Year. Membership must be renewed annually to remain active.

Enrollment Fee

₹2,000 for the 2026–2027 Financial Year.

Maintenance

Adhoc members are exempt from Annual Maintenance Charges.

Terms & Application Protocol

Pre-Application Inquiry: To ensure all allotment criteria are fulfilled, all prospective applicants are required to contact the Association at helpdeskadams@gmail.com prior to submitting their application or payment.
Scrutiny & Approval: All submitted applications shall undergo a formal vetting process by the Executive Committee (EC).
Processing Timeline: Please allow a minimum of one month for the processing and scrutiny of membership applications.
Confirmation: Upon successful approval by the EC, applicants will receive an official confirmation of their membership status directly from the Association.
Forfeiture Policy: Please be advised that in the event an application is rejected during the scrutiny process, the application fee shall be forfeited and is non-refundable.
